  • Interview notes, written by an engineer
  • A trial week, paid by DevSignal
  • Hire after a week of real work together

Vetted before you open a role.

Our talent acquisition runs 365 days a year, so every engineer has been interviewed and vetted long before your brief arrives.

01

Some of the best engineers in the world run our technical interview.

  • Senior and staff engineers from Coinbase, Meta, Google and top startups
  • Every candidate works on a real codebase, not a puzzle
  • Scored on system design, how they read code, pick work and ship
02

You get the interviewer's notes, not just a CV.

  • The CV and the full technical interview write-up, side by side
  • How they reasoned, what they shipped, how they use AI
  • Written by the engineer who ran the interview
03

They already work the way your team does.

  • Startup experience at seed to Series A
  • AI-native: Claude Code, Cursor and agents are part of how they ship
  • Checked before they join the pool, not after you hire

How it works.

Tell us who you need. We share engineers we've already vetted, you look through them, and you talk to whoever you like, including us.

01

Tell us who you need.

A few lines or a job description is enough. We start matching the same day.

02

Review vetted engineers.

Our AI agents match your role across 10,000+ vetted profiles. We share the best few with you, CV and interview notes included.

Work together for a week, then decide.

They join your team on real work and we pay for the week. If it isn't the right fit, we match you again.

The brief

The company works on hard AI problems. It needed senior engineers with deep domain experience who take real ownership, starting with two hires before its Series A.

What we did

Our bench included published researchers, a close fit for the work. The first two roles were staff level with real ownership, and filling them well is where the trust came from.

Where it stands

After the Series A they kept growing the team with us, to six engineers. We are now the first call when they open a role.

How is this different from a recruiting agency?

An agency starts searching when you post a role. Our talent acquisition runs all year, so the engineers we share have already been sourced, interviewed by a senior engineer and checked for startup fit. You skip sourcing, screening and technical calls and go straight to the interview.

Who runs the technical interview?

A bench of senior and staff engineers from companies like Coinbase, Meta and Google. Every candidate works on a real codebase, and you get the interviewer's notes alongside the CV.

How does the trial week work?

The engineer joins your team for a week on real work, and we pay them for it. If it's a fit, you keep working together. If it isn't, you owe nothing and we match you again.

What does it cost?

It depends on the role and seniority. There's no placement fee and nothing upfront: you pay a monthly rate once the trial week ends and you decide to keep working together. We'll share exact numbers on a call.

What if it stops working out later?

Tell us and we'll find a replacement, usually within 48 hours. Engagements run month to month, with two weeks' notice.

Who owns the work?

You do. Everything is built under a work-for-hire agreement, so you're the legal owner of the code and IP. We handle payroll, contracts and compliance.

Can I hire part-time?

Yes. Tell us how many hours you need and we'll match you with engineers who can commit to them.
